If you have felt ground shaking from an earthquake in the territory of Lithuania, you are kindly asked to fill in the questionnaire „The report about felt earthquake“ and send it to us on the following addresses.
If your activities in the territory of Lithuania have caused the seismic event or if you are related to its cause (blasting activities, usage of exploding weapons, demolition of big buildings, hydrofracturing, etc. activities which might cause ground shaking), or if you witnessed a seismic event in which you did not participate (the activities mentioned before, as well plane crashe, meteorite impact, explosions in oil platforms, etc.) you are kindly asked to fill in the questionnaire „The report about seismic event“ and send it to us on the following addresses.
